After tough times of the Coronavirus pandemic, Hex will continue to serve people in Edinburgh who find themselves in difficult situations, especially when their smartphone screen or battery breaks down on weekdays or weekends and they unable to come in person or simply live outside of Edinburgh.

Now, you can post your device for repair (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) by your favourite courier service, to our repair centre in Edinburgh Tollcross from anywhere in the UK (or even abroad).

Please pack your device safely and include the printable form or clearly written information required in the form. If You are sending a phone or a tablet* please ensure you remove any Sim Card or Memory card and post the device without any chargers or optional attachments (unless previously advised due to the nature of the repair).

When your device will reach us , Hex will notify you and will provide you with a reference number for the repair. Hex will asses the broken phone , tablet or laptop and confirm the cost prior to the repair. If it's one of the most of the common or obvious repairs which we provide within 1-3 hours we will endeavour to send it back the same day.

Upon the completed repair will inform you and collect the payment and we will safely post the device back (with the payment receipt and Warranty) using Recorded Postal Service (optional Insurance) and provide you with the Tracking number.
