I’m here to answer any questions you have or point you in the right direction for some expert technical help. When your device goes wrong, I help put it right.
No geek speak You can ask me anything you like about your devices and problems you’re having with them. And don’t worry, while I may look like a techie geek, I just speak plain old English. I also offer top tips on getting the best from your phone, tablet, laptop, or computer. I might even throw in the odd joke or pun along the way – I’m here all week!
There’s nothing artificial about my intelligence, I’m pleased to say. Our team at Hex have collectively more than 50,000 repaired devices under their belts, so you’ve come to the right place (and person!) for advice and assistance.
When I’m not helping customers get their devices working again, I like to try out new street food places around Edinburgh (Japanese my current fave!) or go bowling, crazy golfing and gaming at Lane 7 or catch a film at Everyman in the new St James Quarter. And at weekends, I like to walk along Portobello beach or climb Arthur’s Seat to set me up for another week of helping people.
