Every repair we do at Hex comes with a warranty, lasting from three months to a lifetime, depending on the type of product or repair. Our no-quibble warranties are industry linked and carry the honoured promise of a business which has been under the same owner/manager for 14 years.
What’s covered:
Each warranty we provide is associated with a specific device, repair, and customer, so if the original issue recurs or there is a defect or fault with any replacement or repaired parts, your warranty covers it.
What’s not covered:
If any additional, unrelated faults occur after repair, these won’t be covered by your Hex warranty. Similarly, the warranty doesn’t cover your repaired device for physical or liquid damage, nor any change of ownership within the warranty’s timeframe.

Should you encounter the same problem with your device after it has been repaired and there is no obvious reason (such as physical damage), please drop it into the Hex repair centre in Edinburgh’s Tollcross so we can have a proper look at it for you to assess what’s wrong.
