Does your phone mute and unmute at random, stick on loud or mute, or the mute just doesn’t work? The fault may be the mute (toggle) switch on the side of your phone. If this is the case, you won’t hear calls coming in or be able to have your phone on silent while it’s on.
You can set the volume in the settings menu or the swipe-up control panel of your iPhone till you can bring it into Hex to get it fixed properly. We can usually repair your mute switch in our Edinburgh store the same day.
